If a member has not visited the forum for a defined number of days (180 by default) then they will be moved from their existing usergroup to another usergroup (this can be any existing usergroup, however, you should really create a new 'Inactive users' group - esp if you use the auto-restore option).
Only members of a defined list of usergroups are checked for inactivity.
If a member of the inactive usergroup returns to the forum, and auto-restore is enabled, they are automatically restored to another defined usergroup (by default this is usergroup 2, Registered Users).
Note: The move of inactive users is done once per day as part of the daily update cron job.

Look in Groups and have a look for the number of the group you want to move them back to. Then change the 2 to the number of the group that is relevant to your system setup. Mine for instance is group 9, I have replaced group 2 with 9.

Thank you. But I did a little research. Ultimately a member of management> delete members - registration is a section in the picture looks as if I've managed to transfer the 11500th member back
T?rk?e: Teşekk?rler. Fakat ben biraz araştırdım. Nihayetinde ?ye y?netimi > ?yeleri sil - kaydır b?l?m?nden resimde g?r?nd?ğ? gibi yaparak 11500 ?yeyi tekrar geri aktarmayı başardım
a nice update feature would be an option to send a PM to those that are moved to inactive.
Also, another nice addition would allow you to set the time value per usergroup rather than select the usergroups per value. In this way you can set multiple usergroups at different removal intervals.
I didn't understand it either. But would it be possible to have an email set-up to advise the member when they are moved to inactive group that this has happened, something that we can edit (email that is) to include information that we would like to include personally. Like explain why they have been moved, if they are having login issues contact admin, etc ? That would be a think a great improvement to this very good plugin. The email would be sent out after the daily check for inactive members meeting the criteria to be moved to the inactive group.
