I think I found the site:

alicebot.org/downloads/aiml/GermanAIML-standalone.zip

so what do I do whith these files? just copy into the aiml folder oder completely replace the english ones?

Everyone is recommended that they upgrade to v2. It fixes a few small things plus adds loads of new features. v2 is also declared stable. Here is the thread for v2 https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=60329

go use the stable released version. Fixes a few problems and stuff. You can find the stable v2 in the code hacks forum in the major additions forum for vb3
