Hello,
I have downloaded and installed SmoothRed and LOVE it! However, I am very new to vb and after I installed SmoothRed I got a few errors within my cp. I really hope that someone can help me with this because I don't have a clue what to do. The first screen said...
Out-of-Date Custom Templates Found!
There are currently 3 customized template(s) that need to be updated or reverted. Some sections of vBulletin may not function if you do not do this!
Then it had a link to click on which brought me to a screen that said...
The templates shown on this page have been updated in the default template set since you customized them.
It may be necessary for you to revert the custom templates, or otherwise check that they fully support vBulletin 3.7.2. If you do not do this, some sections of vBulletin may not function! Please see the release announcements at the vBulletin.com Forums for more information.
And then this...see image
Somebody please tell me what I need to do
Thanks for a wonderful skin
Those are not errors, this is what happens when you import a custom skin. You can either revert the templates, or if you don't notice any problems with your forum, you can leave them alone.

Thank you so much for the reply. Like I said, I am very new to vb, actually this is the first board I've ever done period, and so I thought I had broke something
If I could ask another question...what does revert the template mean? I don't mean to sound stupid, I really don't know.
I have the latest version of vb which is 3.7.2 pl1 and also using the latest version vbadvanced. Do you know if this template has been updated or works with this version? Also, what is the best thing to do, revert, reinstall, or use a different one?

Again, thanks for you help
Literally, it reverts, or reverses changes made to the templates. The best thing to do is to just test it. You can import the style again under a different name and revert the templates, view it under that test style and see if there's any noticeable problems.

Use the same drop down menu that exists right beside the style in your Admin CP.

Your forum root is the folder your forum is installed in. It's the same folder that has your admincp folder, your archive folder, clientscript folder etc. It's the folder your forum is installed in.
