Fixed width you mean. Sorry I can't help as I have no idea, sometimes the creator will provide fluid and fixed width versions. To be honest I don't think fixed would look as good.

Problem with 4.0.7:

The white background in the quick reply is to 'long' , maybe you can fix thit for the 4.0.8 release?

I LOVE this style, and as far as I can see there are only two small problems in 4.0.8, see attached screenshots
