No complaints here either, I just need to know how to list all forums and not just the latest threads

First let me thank you for this hack and for releasing it free. Everything seems to work perfectly. My only question is what/where to edit so the thread titles in the latest threads block in the center show more letters as they are cut off at about 17 I believe followed by ... TIA! |

This is not a problem with vbindex... I don't think anyway...
When I go to my main page http://www.domain.com/vbindex.php or index.php I am logged in just fine auto I guess. However when I go to my forum http://www.domain.com/forum I am not logged in nor can I log in. Now if I go from my vbindex page to the forum I stay logged in. I have changed vbindex to use the same navbar as the forum and changed links in the nav bar to be based on the domain name. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you for your time. Mark Laudenbach |

In your admin control panel under vboption-->cookies what is your cookie path? Have you tried setting it to .domain.com ??
That's the only thing I can think of but then again I've been out of vbulletin since 2.2.3. |

Okay I have figured out it is a cookie/domain issue. When I enter www.domain.com/forum it takes me to http://domain.com/forum rather then keeping me at www. I check all settings and everything points to www. If I go to a post number with www it keeps it... its strange...

change your cookie path to .domain.com without the www and make sure you have the period before the name of the domain like above?

is there anyone who can tell me how to stop the latest threads displaying, and instead display the forum index in its place (so that on the front page of the portal down the centre of the page all the forums are shown instead of the latest threads)

if you look at the forum http://www.chetnet.co.uk/portal you will see that i have the last ten threads however what i would like is the foum list such as http://www.chetnet.co.uk/portal/forum/index.php? (only condensed) so people can access the forums easier rather than just seeing the new posts
