Two issues:

1. You need to fix your php.ini as directed.

2. You have uploaded the vB4 version of the product to your vB5 website, which is not supported.

I meant It doesnt show up the info panel anywhere when I finish installing it.

Can the Welcome Panel be customized to only display specific stats? Can I modify the xml to do this?

How can I exclude the activity stream and visitors messages from Top Stats Panel ?
