The notification works, but there is no text in the notification.

Too bad, will the vb4 not used like many others also not. It is better than vb4 to vB3!

sorry for my English.

Werde nicht auf vb4 umsteigen daf?r ist die Software einfach zu schlecht!
vB3 ist wesentlich besser!

This has already been addressed. UTF is not supported. We also cannot refund after your account is activated due to all the other content that is released. We do outline the limitations of each product.

I don't get it at all, are you saying this limitation has been published? where?

The only thing that I was interested is this notification system but isn't working well.

As I told you on my unanswered PM, I've never agreed any TOS at the moment I registered my account or when I did the payment.
