problem i see. when i post a reply to a ticket created as admin, i am getting wrap codes from the quick reply...

closing ticket
looks like that in the message. please add in your readme file that the user needs to set usergroup permissions for using the help center per usergroup. idea: when logged in as admin, and we goto the main helpcenter.php page, we can see some tables/information if there are new tickets or ones being worked on, instead of having to click on Closed/Open tickets, it will auto be displayed to us on that page and inside the admincp pages ok i am making some post on your bug tracker page |

Thanks for all your had work. I just updated a fresh install and I am STILL getting the "Social Groups" in the title field by default when I create (add) a ticket.
I know you can find the issue. I appreciate this mod and hope we can get this resolved soon. Take care and thanks again, Dave |

Hi SuperDave,
I cannot reproduce that. Did you uninstall the previous product, before importing the new one? |

Thanks guys. The quicker you guys report bugs; the quicker we can release a 'stable' (gold) version. Please do check our bug tracker here before posting any bugs. It would be better if you could report bugs in our bug tracker, too.
