[REQ]Rank and Service Hack

Hi there everyone, I have several members of the Armed Forces on my site and would like to have the following hack available.

Very simply it would have two profile fields:

1. Branch Of Service
2. Rank

Both of the profile fields would have drop down boxes, so Branch Of Service would have:

1. Army
2. Navy
3. Airforce
4. Marines
5. Coast Guard

The second would have a pull down menu with all of the ranks

1. E-1
2. E-2
3. E-3
...and so on

Depending on the Branch and Rank they choose, two icons would show in there member profile and on posts.

Can this be done?

I think that can be done with template conditionals and addon profile fields built in to vBulletin. I do not know anything about template conditionals, but it's like "If Profile Field A=1, then Show valueset B" or something like that. So if CustomField=Navy, then show Navy Ranks or something.
