vBulletin charset
I have problem to use Japanese Language
I have problem to use japanese Language when posting. Few japanese words displayed as "?" in posted page. How could I fix this problem? Many characters are displayed correctly. However, some characters are not displayed correctly. Since japanese is double byte language, I think that this problem occurs. Is there additional procedure required in order to treat double byte charactor by original vbulletin? I already tried all charset in vbulletin file to "euc-jpn" , "shift-jis" etc.. I using vBulletin Version 3.0.8 now. |

I suggest you try asking this at vbulletin.com. They have much more experience with this.

I was able to solve the problem by cooperation of the support team of vBulletin.
>The problem is in the Blank Character Stripping function: > >AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Censorship Options > Blank ASCII Stripper > >Empty this field. Thank you! |
