I was wondering if a hack like this already exists? I can't seem to find it...

I want the ability for Admins and Mods to be able to send users PMs, and the users to be able to PM Admins and Mods. But, users are not allowed to PM anyone else... just the Admins and Mods.

Possible?

theres a mass pm hack
and you can decide who u want to pm
