Adding more smilies (question about smiley box)

Let me try to not make this question complicated. I think the less I say the less complicated it will sound.

I just upload dozens of smilies on my forum.

All the smilies do not fit into the box showing all the smilies to the members.

In order to see the other smilies they have to click on the "More" link underneath the smilies. Members think that they only have the choices that they can see right there in the smiley box because they are not away of the "more" link.

On my forum, the "More" link is not there unless you move your mouse over the area were the work "more" is. Is there setting that keeps the word "more" up like I see here on this forum?????? Thanks.
