Usergroup Promotions System Edit
On my boards I have the promotion system enabled so that when a user makes one post they are promoted into full membership status. The one post is meant for them to introduce themselves to the rest of the community before they are granted access to the rest of the site. Recently, I enabled the new users access to the Help Desk area of the site in the event something has gone awry and they need assistance. I just tested this on 3.5 RC2 and as long as the user makes one post they are promoted. I'd like to have a way to require the user to make one post in the introduction section before the promotion system picks them up and puts them in the user group with full access.

Hmm, doesn't disabling the postcounter in the supportform work?
Btw.: Forcing Users to introduce themself can by VERY annoying when you got several hundred new registrations/day |
