Javascript, RSS or XML.
Which of the above would you recommend to use for displaying the latest posts of a certain forum category on the homepage and other pages?

Querying the db is another option but I dont know how to do this...any docs available? Is it worth doing these sort of queries when you have the options I have listed above?
