THE 56k · **Released**: 07-20-2005

This style is optimised for 56k users and is entirely greyscale.

With exception of post icons, the style contains no 'colour' whatsoever.

It runs around 30-40% faster than the default skin (maybe more) and it doesn't look like s+++.

AND it comes fully loaded with power windows and anti-lock breaks.

1. Import the XML
2. Upload the folder named "56k" to forums/images

And to show you how I roll, you can remove the skin copyright. =)

It looks the same but in greyscale? Why does the style being grey make it load faster?

Not faster than solid black or white.

If theres a demo, it would be great. We could test the speeds, although as has been mentioned, I'm not sure if the speed would be any different. All images seem present.

You do decrease image size slightly without color, but I wouldnt have thought it would make a noticable difference.

Looks good though, almost Sin City esque..
