ok not sure if i would be wording this right but here goes

i run a small board for some online games, what im looking for a system to track items given to members of the guild ingame so member can do a search for a name and it will show a result of what items have been given to them.

the 1 thing that would be needed is a admin system where guild leaders can add new players name and items, plus also being able to update.

i would like to add a section in the modcp area for them to do this.
It would need to have a small list of option
add player
add item
update player info
delete item
delete player

so when you goto either add player or update your screen would be a simply tick box.

Players name : **********
item name - yes - no - how many
item name - yes - no - how many
item name - yes - no - how many
item name - yes - no - how many
and so on
(the items would be a simply tick system where the search would only show the ones that are marked yes. plus how many they have been given)
