protecting new members

How can I change the below to give new members a 30 days grace period instead of the 10 Posts?

Change posts>10 to:

(" . TIMENOW . " - registerdateline) > " . 30*24*12*12 . "

Change registerdatline to the actual field name of the date when the person is registered and - there you go.
