How do i get access to be able to download skins and what not?

Your e-mail needs to match the same e-mail registered under the vbulletin license... If an associate who you work for owns the license, ask him to add your e-mail to the license (in the vbulletin member's area) to gain access to these features.

You need to go to www.vbulletin.com/members in order to update your license. Tony said you are showing up as licensed so I don't think you have much to worry about.

Go to your members area, find 'Member Priority Support' area and stick your e-mail in there.
