Announcement link colour

Hi, I'd like to change the announcement link colour to yellow instead of blue to make it stand out. I was told to modify forumdisplay_announcement.

I've had a look at the code and I'm not sure how to modify it. I'd like to make the text yellow using #FFFF99. Can someone help?

I'm referring specifically to the title link colour as it appears in the thread list - not the message text. At the moment it is #22229C.
