Basically, Its very small, one edit and it make it so rather than going to the member's profile then hitting USER OPTIONS, you can do it from the thread.

can u plz reupload the attachment in a textfile, some mac users may not have microsoft word

Nice mod, but there is a little html syntax error. At the end switch </if></tr> to </tr></if>.
