RC1 means that official vBulletin Hacking will finally begin over at vBulletin.org.
I also hope that more template mods will be posted here thanks to the release of this new version.

One step closer to the final version. But in my opinion, I think the templates are now stable enough to begin doing styles and larger-scale modifications.

RC2 has been released with an important security/bug fix and Kier has suggested for everyone to upgrade to RC2 from RC1.
