What i want to do is, where the names of all the categories are I want to put a background of grass with a ball in the left had side.

If you take a look at my forum http://www.myfootballforum.com you will see the first categoru is :: Important :: I want all the categories to have the same background instead of the blue. How will i be able to go about doing this?
