I suggest you try change the template a bit from Logicins hack, as it is exactly the same. Only for some more originality.

BTW this is a list of all mods/admins. It dosent show if they are online or not

word to the wise, this runs a query on EVERY page generated by vBulletin.

When using phpinclude to add functionality you should seriously make sure that you only want the code to run for a certain page. Check out PAPI's thisis() function for what I mean. Otherwise the code runs on every page, even pages where it doesn't matter (reporting a post, registering, etc.).
