[Release] Subject field set on new reply.

This simple modification will change the way the 'subject' input works on replys. What it dose is add 'Re: Topic name here' on page load. Users can still add their custom subject.

This modification is good for boards like vBt where nothing in the subject can break the layout. Here at vBt for example saintdog uses a '-' to break the subject and date from each other int he postbit. When no subject is inputted it leaves '- date here' making the postbit look a bit ugly .
