Please help, I see it done here yet I have no idea how.... I looked but couldn't find it....

I am also wondering how to add a graphic background to the header where the new thread and new reply are, and also to the post reply (quick one under posts) headers.... Thank you!

You can do all of these depending on how your tables are constructed. You need to make use of the "background" option in the <td> tag. For example:
