if someone havent got av then it show default avatar how can i do something like that ?

This is a hack I think. Try going to vBulletin.org and searching for the avatar hack that Chen "FireFly" made. Or find the welcome panel hack and then the first hack you have to do is that avatar hack so just do that without the rest of the welcome panel.

Yes, this can only be done with a hack. Probably the most popular hack for making this happen is Trilobyte's Welcome Panel Hack, which can be found at vBulletin.org link.
