my question is how do one fight against ppl who ripped your forum skins and then post it on warez sites?
is they a way of taking the sites down??

can we assume that those who use ripped skins are also using pirated/illegal
vbulletin software?

is there a place to report these warez sites??

Jelsoft can only take action against copyright breachments of their own intelectual property. So if they are also using warezed vB versions, you can use Jelsoft to try to get them down.

Only the copyright holder (you, if it is your skin) can take action. You should complain to their ISP and ask them to remove it.
