vBPlugin Descriptions v1.0

What this does
This will allow you as the admin to create a description for your new/existing plugins. This hack is more for Hackers, and hopefully something like this will be part of the vBulletin default system soon! Note: HTML is allowed in descriptions.

Tried to run the query.

Yeah this is a great hack, excellent idea! By the way, I love the PHP Code for the demo plugin... ha ha ha, nice.
