Hide URL option for Avatar/Profile Pic if not possible · **Released**: 06-05-2005

Description
If your PHP is set to allow_url_fopen=No, then users can't upload
profile pictures or avatars from URLs - only from their computer.
This hack will hide the URL option if it is not possible to use it.
