I would love to be able to have a little pop up message that a user would see upon there first visit to a particular forum. Maybe it would just appear that one time and then never again. I would have the message pointing them to the rules of that forum with a link, so it would be short and sweet. Any ideas?

I wrote a hack that you could use to do this. It works as posted, but I am going to do a sort of "ticket" or punishment system to work with it, which is why it's still in beta.
