Points Per Referral, should only be awarded after the account gets verified.

Currently you give points on 'awaiting confirmation' accounts, which increases the amount of the users creating fake accounts to gain points.

It might be improved later, however, that'd mean even more file edits. I'm trying to keep those at a minimum, but I guess I'll add a few more. *sigh*
