Multiple photo's in profiles ..

Hi all ..
I have a need on my site to allow users to have multiple photo's within there user profile ... i've looked around the site and cant se a solution or a hack ..

can anyone help please .
i've looked at coppermine, photopost & 4images .. but these all create a new area of site for a gallery ...

i've looking specificaly for the abilty of having the photo's within the user profile ..

i believe it was called vb member gallery which enhanced the vb profile picture system and allowed members to upload multiple images. do a search for it

i've found " vB3 Member Album 2.0 " this still only allows 1 photo per profile tho .. only adds a gallery page for so all members pics show on one page .

can't seem to find anything else

Where do you want the images stored?
Do you want to set limits on image sizes? (total size / width / height)
Do you want to allow a certain number of images per row? maybe thumbs, and popup link or a link to sub profile page!
Do you want this based on groups or per single user?
Do you want a user to have different cat(s), but limit them? (number of cat(s), number of images allowed per cat)

This is easy to do, it's knowing exactly how you want it! If you explain how you want it in detail I will have go at it!

1 new table to hold the image data, I don't want to mix profile stuff with attachment stuff!

If you want cat(s), then add another table to hold that data!

There would not be any more inital db calls because I can hook another join into the current profile query to list images or cat menus if you want to do it that way!

I also had someone ask me about this as well. They wanted thier pictures around thier main picture. when you clicked on it it would exchange with the main photo. (profile photo)

eg on my site i'd want .... new users to site = no access to secondry profile area.. validated members have full access

What id really love, is also an option to either rate the pics, or the whole profile.

Images stored on the server (although maybe an option to point to images off server so users can get around the file size limit and take strain off the server), thumbnails auto generated, auto resize on both, limit to file size of images on server (not applicable for images off server), allowed for certain groups, so it can be given to paid VIPs only for example, possible to add comments and rate image, show user name of those whote posted comment.

Generally, go to a myspace.com account, and imagine that picture wise as being someones profile. U click on their main photo, it opens a new page with more photos, thumbed, user comments for each, maybe a possible rating. both user comments and rating would be ideally turned off.
