whats the diff between here and vbulletin.com, i mean that i can see that also there we can get help or am i worng ? can some1 clear this issue for me ?

at vb.com you get support.

That includes that the moderators over there are payed by Jelsoft, and will also just help you if you have not hacked your board.

Vbulletin.org is a community for coders and those who want to modify their board.
The vb.org team is doing this job as volunteers, and is not contracted by Jelsoft in any way.
Of course we are on the same server as vb.com and can use the licensesystem, but as said, we are a community board, and no real supportboard.

and 1 more qustion vb.org team dont have any connection with vb.com team ?
also i see users on vb.com include admins and mods that i dont think they got user here...

We work and communicate with the offical team at jelsoft, but we are not employed by jelsoft. All staff (and members) posting at this site do so on their own time.

This forum is restricted to licensed customers because the resource is intended to be used by them, not allowing unlicensed users to download hacks also discourges piracy of vBulletin.

why not to make 1 forum (vb.com) with 1 user table insted of 2 ?
cuse this why users post here and there...

I proposed that once and it was decided that it was'nt a good idea at the time but I forget exactly why. I can see the benifit but it would require further modification of the software, to allow two sites to share the one user database. It would be hard to maintain and upgrade when needed.

To answer question 2 more clearly:
The hacking sections were included in vbulletin.com long time ago, but vb.com has to run a unhacked forum, to show customers exactly what a plain vb can do.

vb.org on the other hand has to be optimized for those hacking releases, and therefore needs some code modifications
