How do I get uninstalled hacks out of my CP?

I uninstalled 2 hacks yesterday that I didn't need anymore, while I got all the files, etc. off, when I looked in the Admin CP, there they were on the left hand side.

How would I go about deleting that info?

I've done some searches but between the words uninstall and hacks the results haven't been promising.

well, you have most likely edited admincp/index.php

just edit this file again, and search for the menueentries and remove them.
