Looking for an apply hack

Like registration but the person fills in the info on the page
& all the data submitted get posted into forumid X

Then the admins mods can decide if to allow to enter
with a button for yes or no -
If yes selected : sends out an email with there requested username/pass
if no selected : sends out a sorry not accepted email

Have you seen erwins forum 2 pm/email/forum whatever hack? At least you'd be half way there.
