According to Steve Machol this is currently not available in vB3 (url=http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?p=596041#post596041]link to post at vbulletin forum), however I'd really like for myself and the other admins to be able to use HTML in posts.

Can someone please help?

I would like this too. It should be an option in the usergroup settings "Allow to post html".
