unless hes the creator, but even then, vB.org owns the copyright

Dont believe he is the creator, he even put the copyright from this site there, minus the vb.org part, im guessing he thinks this makes it ok

Alright so it is most likely a rip. I figured I would bring this to everyone's attention and hopefully something will be done about it.
