Since I don't know how to make a hack and there are alot of great people here who are great at what they do, Im requesting a Webring/Banner exchange hack for both the main site and for the Portal page...

This is what I would think is should do...A member can add a banner and be apart of a webring, in exchange after they fillin the information, they would recieve a code to place on their web site of the webring they are apart of. On my site the banners would rotate and give other members both a visiual and text of the site that are apart of the ring...Hope that made since!!!!....
The program would also keep track of stats from each board, which in return would make a TopSite program or Top 10 Sites as well on my site.......

Ill try and explain this just alittle more...The Portal would be both a WebRing/Banner Exchange and a Top 10 Site, with stats and all, then the member would also be able to see general portal info to the discussion board....

I have figured it and thanks...Its the TopList program, with a little modifications, its working like a charm!

would you like to share this hack or not? I'm sure other people might like it. I for one might be able to use it later
