Can someone make a hack that disables the "submit reply" buttons for specific users? Kind of like a banning alternative maybe?

Like a radio button in admin CP that disables "submit reply" button would be cool.

Why not just create a new usergroup and set "Can reply to threads" to no. Then if you want to take away someones reply privilages you would simply add them to that usergroup.
