Translating the "hour" in "GMT +1 hour"

Hi!

I'm currently working on translating my vB (2.2.9), however I can't figure out where to find the"hour" part of the "All times are..." on the forums index page...

Anyone?

Its in the files, open global.php and edit this block of code:

BTW - since my site is only directed towards users in Europe (on CET); is there any way I can set this time zone as a permanent standard (so users won't even have to select it)?

I think thats ganna require little edits in alot of files, but im not to sure (never looked at how vB handles the time to be honest).

IMO I wouldent worry about it, even if your site is directed mainly towards people in Europe someone in japan or brazil may find it intresting.

Well I'd be happy to see visitors from any country, though since the site is in Norwegian that could make it somewhat less attractive...

Acully, if you set your time offset in the admin cp incorrectly you can end up with the time zone you want as default, just make sure to edit the GTM out of the templates. But this is ganna break the user time offset, so I wouldent recomend it.
