Hi there, I seem to need a mod which would change the header everytime the page is refreshed. I have looked around here and haven't seen anything that matched it. If you can help me out, that would be wonderful. Thanks

Use java script in your header template [In StyleCP you can find the header]

Javascript is never the answer for virtually every problem like this.
