bilingual forum description
Hi. I dunno whether something like this is alrey done.
Description: I have a bilingual vb (English n German) .But u know that I've to chose 1 language in which i write the description for the single forums. So I had an Idea. When you creat a new forum, there is ony 1 form to put a description in. But how about a second form where you can put a description in another language, so that the users can chose in their profile, which of both they wanna use. I'm sorry but i cannot do well in php. perhaps someone's going to do this for me. thx i count on u |

Instead of descriptions use replacement tags like {forumdescription_xy}, then add these replacements in every language's replacementset.
As replacements are done prior to page output, this should work. |
