sorry for the repost but

Hey guys i just tried to install shoutbox but for some reason it did not work.. in fact it seems as though i didn't even do anything but i created a query in my db, and added 4 templates as follwed in the instructions. i also activated it in my admin menu > side blocks but no luck.. anyone know whats wrong?
