When i have a question i want to make a new thread in the forum, but when i try, i get the message im not allowed...why is that?

And most hacks i cant download because of the very same message.. can some1 tell me why that is?

TheNookie, to download hacks and get support you will need to go to this page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)
