I wonder why it is only on the main page and not on the forums. Does anyone else get this error?
The error seems to be resolved now, but I found it odd that I recieved the error multiple times, and the error stayed until I switched style sets. Hmm.....

Database error on main vBulletin.org page.
I'd suggest sending a PM to Chen.
