Question about newreply.php
I am wondering what part of newreply.php actually submits the post to mySQL. I want to add a hack that I've been developing for my own point system, but I'm having difficulty finding where to put my new code. A line number will be good enough for me, but if you know the code that actually submits the new post to the database, that would be even more appreciated.
PS to anyone wondering why I'm not registered as a vB owner: I do not own vB, but I do have admin rights and FTP access to a vB forum, and I have been asked to develop a point system for those forums. I have only been granted temporary admin rights, so once my points hack is running, I will go back to being a SuperMod, so the Admin doesn't want to give me his user info for vBulletin.com so I can properly register. |

Only licensed users can get support here at vB.org.
So you have to get the vB owner to manually come to this page and enter your email address on your behalf. He will need to use his customer number and password to access that page. Otherwise, there is no way of knowing if we are giving support to pirate users. |

Le' Tigra,
What's so complicated? To download hacks and get support just go to this page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page) |

Ahhh.... Ok then. Thanks, I'll talk to him and see if he is willing to give me access. (He might not want to, as my status as a "staff member" on his boards is only temporary.)
I hope he lets me in. |
