Little Peoples by names

If there a hack that gives you little people by your names like http://war3pub.net/forums/index.php at the bottom? i LOVE that soo much but i cannot find it. can someone make one or point me to where it is? i believe i saw it on a vbulletin a while ago

I don't remember seing a hack like that, but what you could do is to install Afterburners Colored Online User Hack, and just tweaking it a wee bit. That should do wonders.

To the "<img src="blah blah.jpg" border="0">" ((Add the 'border' bit.))
