Since there is no SNITZ -> VBULLETIN converter, maybe you can try to use SNITZ -> X BOARD SCRIPT converter and after converting your board to a more known format (eg. phpbb) you can then use X BOARD SCRIPT -> VBULLETIN converter.
I suggest you checking which formats can snitz be converted and try to find a common platform with vbulletin. |

The problem is: Snitz is in ASP and VB is in PHP. Their DB's are also different (MS SQL, MYSQL). So creating a converter is not easy. Besides, compared to other bb scripts, this conversion will be demanded by vb users less frequently because it is not likely that someone who hosts his site in Microsoft enviroment (Windows, MS SQL, ASP) will change all this and start using non-Microsoft enviroment (Linux/Unix, MYSQL, PHP).
On the other hand when a user migrates from say phpbb to VB, he is just changing his forum script, not the entire enviroment of his site, so this is more likely. Bottom line is, it is not easy to find/create a converter from Snitz to VB. I say stick with my previous suggestion and try to find a common platform in between which you can use as a temporary jump board. |
