I can see there's a similar question below, however it is very vague; which is why I'm asking again.

I run a Postnuke 6 (Pheonix) site with phpBB2 for PostNuke (Mod) and I want to know if it is possible to transfer/intergrate not only the user accounts, but the post data into the vB tables. By doing so I could transfer from phpBB2 over to vB without any loss of post or users having to re-register.

Is this possible?

well i believe there is a phpbb2 to vbulletin importer available in the Vbulletin members centre
