Help with the time!
Hi I need help with times -
I have a table which contains records. I also have an "airdate" field. In the field goes a date and a time. I would like to know how to display the records based on the date today. I think it involves comparing todays date with the value in the field but I'm not sure Edited to add: I also would like to know how to display GMT time in the format PHP Code:
Thanx! |

I'd store a unix timestamp because then they have a numeric timestamp then probably.
$time = time(); SELECT * FROM table WHERE date>time ORDER BY date ASC That will select the rows from table where the date is greater than time and order with the closest date at the top. |

Thanx -
Will it matter what format the date is in, in the DB? |
